What Grace Really Means When You Feel Like You've Failed.

"My Grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."
2 Corinthians 12:9
There are moments when failure feels louder than anything else.
Maybe it's something you said, a decision you made, or just one of those days where you feel like you fell short in every way. In those moments, it's easy to believe that you have somehow stepped outside of God's grace.
The Truth is.... you haven't.
Grace was never meant for the moments when we get everything right. It was always meant for the moments when we don't. God doesn't ask you to be perfect when you come to him. He asks that you to come as you are and trust His promise that He will always be there with you.
God's grace doesn't pull back when we struggle. It leans in. It whispers. It fills the space we so often try to fill with temporary, worldly comfort. It meets us right in the middle of the mess, not after we've cleaned ourselves up.
You don't have to fix everything before coming back to Him. You don't have to prove anything.
This is the part where you trust Him.
This is the part where you fall to your knees....and He lifts you up, reminding you that you are His and His love outweighs everything else.
Prayer:
God, thank you for always reminding me that you will never leave me, for meeting me when I am weak. Help me to take a breath and to feel that Your grace has never left me. In your name I pray, Amen.
